Refund policy
Scope
This policy applies to paid Pipeline Metrics training purchased via invoice after an enquiry on this Site. The Site itself does not take payment. Consumer rights under United Kingdom law are not limited where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
Eligibility and timeframe
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the invoice payment date if you have not accessed more than one module of self-paced content and have not attended a live clinic or workshop session. Requests made after 14 days are assessed as partial refunds or credit only.
Full refund conditions
A full refund is available when: (1) the request arrives within the 14-day window; (2) learning progress is limited as above; and (3) no private clinic or on-site workshop date has been delivered. Cohort seat transfers to a colleague in the same organisation may be offered instead of a refund if both parties agree in writing.
Partial refunds
If you have completed between two and three modules, or attended a single clinic, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% of the fee, less any third-party venue costs already incurred for private sessions. After four modules or two clinics, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Pipeline Metrics cancels the programme.

- Custom curriculum writing delivered to your organisation
- Completed private on-site workshops
- Third-party examination or certification fees if separately itemised
- Downloadable templates once files have been issued, where sold as a standalone product
Refund process
Email contact@pipeline-metrics.digital with subject line “Refund request”, your invoice number, and a brief reason. We confirm receipt within two working days and issue a decision within ten working days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method (typically bank transfer against the invoice) within 14 working days of approval. We do not issue cash refunds.
Cancellation by Pipeline Metrics
If we cancel a cohort or workshop, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra charge.
Learner cancellation
You may cancel a future live workshop seat up to seven calendar days before the start date for a full credit toward another Pipeline Metrics programme within twelve months. Cancellations inside seven days are credited at 50% unless a substitute attendee is named.
Exceptions
We consider compassionate exceptions (serious illness, bereavement) on a case-by-case basis with supporting information. Statutory cooling-off rights for distance contracts, where applicable to consumers, take precedence over stricter terms in this policy.
